Role overview

Manage a high-energy bar operation, lead staff, coordinate promotions, keep stock and service standards under control, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and team members. The position is intended for candidates who can work professionally in a fast-moving hospitality environment and who understand that nightlife service is built on consistency, teamwork, punctuality and guest care.

What you will do

• Own or support daily operations according to the seniority of the role.
• Communicate clearly with managers, colleagues, suppliers and guests.
• Follow venue procedures for service, cash handling, stock, safety and incident escalation.
• Support busy weekends, holidays and special-event schedules when required.
• Maintain professional conduct and respect venue rules and Thai law.

What we look for

Practical hospitality experience is preferred for management roles. Strong communication, reliability, grooming, calm decision-making and the ability to work as part of a mixed international team matter as much as a polished CV. Job-specific qualifications may be requested by the recruiting employer.
