Role overview
Support front-desk operations, guest communication, shift handovers, room-status coordination, complaint resolution and the standards expected from a professional Pattaya hotel. The position is intended for candidates who can work professionally in a fast-moving hospitality environment and who understand that nightlife service is built on consistency, teamwork, punctuality and guest care.
What you will do
- Own or support daily operations according to the seniority of the role.
- Communicate clearly with managers, colleagues, suppliers and guests.
- Follow venue procedures for service, cash handling, stock, safety and incident escalation.
- Support busy weekends, holidays and special-event schedules when required.
- Maintain professional conduct and respect venue rules and Thai law.
What we look for
Practical hospitality experience is preferred for management roles. Strong communication, reliability, grooming, calm decision-making and the ability to work as part of a mixed international team matter as much as a polished CV. Job-specific qualifications may be requested by the recruiting employer.
